"Kip" Kip was the last puppy born, and from the beginning he was much smaller than his siblings.  To be honest, I was a little worried about him.  He seemed to be eating fine, and he was growing, but he was less than half the size of his brother and sisters.  Finally, at about 3.5 weeks, I offered him a little bit of soaked, pureed kibble.  Kip sucked it down instantly and from that point he has been gaining ground quickly.  He still about a pound lighter than his siblings, but he no longer looks like the "runt" of the litter.   Kip is a pretty mellow boy. Of course, he's never met a meal that he didn't like!  After discovering food, eating has become his favorite past time! Baby Kip at 3 weeks.  He was such a little peanut!!
